When Remington began this project over a decade ago, we were compelled to deliver a place like no other. We imagined what Downtown Markham could look like and feel like, and modeled it after European cities we all admire.

When people ask you, “What will Downtown Markham be like?” You’ll likely find your self saying as we do, “Like this. Like this. Like this.” And you’ll show them images of sophisticated urban life from around the world.

Downtown Markham lies between Highway 407 and the Rouge River. It extends from Warden Avenue on the west to the GO Transit rail line and the Unionville GO Station on the east.
