He has hosted panels and been the keynote speaker for such hallmark organizations as the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Urban Land Institute, ICSC Center Build, and MAPIC speaking and hosting in NYC, Las Vegas, Rome, Dallas, Cannes, Los Angeles, Paris, and Washington DC. Nick continues to be seen and heard at the most prestigious industry events.
Since 1979, Geoffrey L. Moore Realty Inc. has been planning, developing, leasing and managing all forms of shopping centres and retail areas in multi-use projects across Canada. In addition, assignments have been completed for retailers, including the sale of a number of retail companies. Sample projects include: White Oaks Mall Regional Shopping Centre in London, Ont., Richmond Centre redevelopment in Richmond, B.C., Market Village in Toronto, the Trainyard Project in Ottawa and now Downtown Markham.
Since founding Asset Strategies Group in 2002, Steve has work with over 60 specialty retailers on real estate strategy, leasing, store design and construction, lease administration and occupancy payments. Retail clients include Abercrombie and Fitch, American Eagle, Sephora, Polo, Gap, Ann Taylor, Loft, Limited Stores, Express, DSW, J. Jill, Finish Line, and The Children’s Place, among others.
Prior to founding ASG, Steve was SVP, CFO and CAO of Limited Brands Real Estate and Store Planning, where he managed the strategy, deal approval, capital spending, and payment processes for 12 divisions and 6,000 stores. He is a Harvard MBA with over 25 years of department store, big box and specialty retail experience.
